Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature.
If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us at contact@soobaya.com.
Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.
We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.

For member countries of the European Union, shipping costs are free from purchases of €150 including tax and for the rest of the world they are free from purchases of €250 including tax.
Shipping and packing costs are free when the amount of your order (shipping excluded) reaches €150 including tax for delivery in the EU and €250 for the rest of the world. The amount of your basket is automatically adjusted as soon as you have crossed the threshold.
